"Pads stay put and hold up well"
These pads stick really well and don’t start peeling up after a few uses. I was surprised by how long they lasted, especially with regular use, and the adhesive still felt strong each time.

"Pretty solid so far, honestly"
I ordered this from hidow.com a few months back, and it’s actually been working really well. It feels sturdy and not flimsy or cheap like a couple of others I’ve tried before. I use it fairly often, and somehow it still works like it did when I first got it, which is great. I mean, I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, but it’s been a nice surprise. Overall I’m happy with it, even if I’m weirdly suspicious of it lasting this well.

"Warranty return was a hassle"
I had to do a warranty return and it was annoying. The refund were taking way too long, and I kept feeling like I had to wait around with no clear update.

"Quick response, but I felt a little brushed off"
I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service. They did respond faster than I expected, which I appreciated, and they eventually helped get it sorted. That said, the first reply felt a bit like they didn’t really read what I was asking, so I had to send one more email to get a clear answer. Overall they were nice and responsive, but I did feel a little dismissed at first

"Showed up sooner than I expected"
I was expecting it to take a little longer, but it got here quickly. I kept an eye on the tracking and it updated just fine the whole way. When the box arrived, it was in good shape too, so overall it was a smooth delivery experience.

"Seems like a solid deal so far"
I ordered from hidow.com and, from what I can tell, it was a good value for the price. I didn’t do a super deep comparison or anything, but it seemed cheaper than a few other places I looked at. Shipping was fine, nothing amazing but no real complaints, and the product has been working like it’s supposed to so far. I can’t really speak long-term yet, but right now I’m happy with it and would probably buy from them again.

"Helps sometimes, but it’s not a miracle fix"
I got this mainly for my lower back and shoulder pain, and it does help a little here and there. Some days I use it and the area feels more relaxed, and the pain isn’t as annoying for a while. Other days, i barely notice a difference. It’s easy to use, so it’s not even about that — I just wouldn’t say it actually fixed anything for me. It’s decent if you’re looking for some temporary relief, but it wasn’t amazing in my case.

"Battery lasts well"
The battery life has been good so far. I use it a few times a week and I don’t have to charge it after every use, which is a nice change compared to some others I’ve had in the past. It does drain a little faster on the higher settings, so I wish it lasted a bit longer there, but overall I’m happy with it. I’d give it 4 stars...
